Join us on April 22 at The Chelsea Hotel in Toronto.
Amplify 2026 is where Canada's social infrastructure leaders, community institutions, and policymakers come together to ensure that Canada's growth isn't just fast — it's sustainable.
Canada's workforce is not a line item. It is the return
The Canadian identity is inextricable from the strength of our workforce, and the return on the investment in workforce development starts with communities. Employment services leaders are the multipliers behind every dollar we put into growth. As architects of economic inclusion, our leaders are the backbone of Canada's human sustainability, internal resilience required to navigate uncertain times.
Canada’s competitiveness, security, and economic sovereignty depend on how effectively we mobilize human capital at home. True sustainability isn’t just about our natural resources, it’s about the durability of our social infrastructure.
Canadian prosperity runs on a human network of workforce systems, skill builders, and community institutions that turns policy into participation. As this quiet work makes economic growth possible, we must ask, is our social infrastructure robust enough to fulfill the promise of Canada?
A prosperity that isn't built for everyone isn't built to last. Every person connected to meaningful employment is a taxpayer, a consumer, a contributor. Systemic barriers are the leak in our national productivity. Every person left out is a cost we keep paying.
Amplify 2026 brings together the leaders of Canada's social infrastructure, the embedded community institutions that sustain us and the policymakers brave enough to rethink the systems they oversee. Together, we are ensuring that Canada’s growth isn’t just fast – it’s sustainable.

Call for Proposals
The right people.
The right room.
The right conversation.
What would it look like to fund workforce systems with the same urgency we bring to highway interchanges? How do we build a skills ecosystem that doesn't leave whole communities behind? And if we're all shareholders in this future — what does a real return on that investment look like?
Amplify 2026 won't offer easy answers. It will offer something rarer: the right people, in the same room, ready to have the conversation that actually matters.
