LaunchPad Foundations of a Dual Customer Approach + Workforce Systems

In Foundations of a Dual Customer Approach + Workforce Systems, participants gain a robust knowledge of the theory, best practices and established evidence behind workforce systems change efforts, with particular focus on the dual customer approach as a vehicle to catalyzing systems change.

Each week, there will be 3 hours of live training with 1-hour of pre-reading assignments.

Just like LaunchPad, this Foundations program will be highly participatory with training focused on small group work, using adult learning principles. Participants will receive recordings of all live sessions; a workbook including assignments, relevant readings and other materials to illuminate course content; and a certificate of completion.
