Futures 2025: Forward With Focus
Canada's Workforce Through Disruption
Futures 2025 is more than a conference. In a time marked by disruption – political, economic, technological, and social – our workforce development sector is called to adapt, respond, and rethink. But adaptation alone is no longer enough. Futures 2025: Forward With Focus moves from disruption to the deliberate question: where are we going, and how will we get there together?
This year shifts focus from imagining the future of work to intentional strategy. A tour de force of cross-sector collaboration, #Futures25 brings sector leaders, employment service providers, policymakers, and employers toward a shared vision for the future of talent pipelines in Ontario.
If you're working to build stronger employment outcomes in Ontario, #Futures25 is where you belong.

Futures' got Talent: Lip Sync Battle

This year, we are calling our sector to find the superstars within – and to bring a song to life on the #Futures25 stage! Choose a song you love, and that represents your incredible team – one that makes the crowd go wild – and bring it to life through costume and performance. Outfits should reflect the vibe, story, or characters of your chosen track.
Think of it as a mash-up of karaoke night and Halloween—only with more glitter, more flair, and a lot more fun!
